These terms govern the use of 1up-servers.com and of the game servers created from the platform. By creating an account or a server you accept them in full.

1. Who provides the service

2. What the service includes
We host Minecraft, Valheim, Palworld, Terraria and Rust servers on nodes located in the European Union, with a control panel, backups according to the plan and anti-DDoS protection. We do not sell or distribute the games: you need your own licence where the game requires one.
3. Who may use it
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Below that age a parent or legal guardian has to contract the service and supervise it. An account belongs to one person and cannot be transferred or sold.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the activity of your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us at [[CONTACT EMAIL]] as soon as you suspect unauthorised access. We may ask you to verify your email or your identity when there are signs of fraud.
5. Plans and limits
The Free plan has limits on hours, players and memory published on the pricing page, and its servers shut down when nobody is playing. Paid plans run 24/7 and never queue. The limits of each plan are part of these terms.
6. Payments, renewal and refunds
Subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel them from the panel. Prices include the taxes shown on the pricing page. As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason; if you ask for the server to start before they are over you pay for the part already provided, and the right ends once the service has been fully performed. On top of that right, we refund a paid plan if you ask within 7 days of the purchase by writing to [[CONTACT EMAIL]].
7. Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may run planned maintenance announced in advance on the status page, and urgent maintenance whenever security requires it.
8. Your worlds and your data
The worlds, settings and files you upload remain yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to host, copy and restore them. You can download them from the panel at any time while the account is active.
9. Suspension and closure
We may suspend a server or an account that breaks the acceptable use policy, puts the infrastructure at risk or accumulates unpaid invoices. Except in an emergency or under a legal order, we warn you by email first and give you the chance to fix the problem.
10. Liability
We are liable for direct damages caused by our breach up to the amount paid in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for lost profit or for data loss you could have avoided by downloading your backups. None of this limits the rights the law gives consumers.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we publish the new version with its date and give at least 30 days notice by email when the change is material. If you disagree you can cancel before it takes effect.
12. Governing law and claims
These terms are governed by the law of [[GOVERNING LAW]]. Any dispute goes to the courts of [[COMPETENT COURTS]], unless consumer rules let you use the courts of your own domicile.
