This policy describes what you may and may not do with a server hosted on 1up-servers.com. It is part of the terms of service.

1. Who it applies to
It applies to the account holder and to anyone playing on their servers. As the holder you answer for what happens on your server, including what the people you give access or admin permissions to do.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the platform to attack third parties, scan networks, mine cryptocurrency, host open proxies, distribute malicious software, circumvent game licences or run workloads unrelated to hosting game sessions.
3. Content and conduct
You may not publish illegal content, sexual material involving minors, apology of hatred or violence, or harass other people. Servers aimed at minors must have active moderation and visible rules.
4. Fair use of resources
Every plan has CPU, memory, disk and process limits. You may not circumvent them, run tasks unrelated to the game or keep processes that degrade the shared node. We may throttle a server that affects the rest and tell you so you can fix it.
5. Public server list
Publishing a server in the list is voluntary and means accepting that its name, description, IP and player count are visible. We do not moderate sessions in real time, so whoever administers a server answers for what happens inside it.
6. How to report abuse
Anyone can report a server from its public profile or by writing to [[CONTACT EMAIL]] with the IP, the time and a description of the facts. We review reports in order of severity and answer whoever filed them.
7. Measures we can take
Depending on severity we may warn you, throttle resources, remove the server from the public list, shut it down, suspend the account, or preserve evidence and inform the authorities when a crime is involved. We always look for the least harmful measure that solves the problem.
8. How to appeal a measure
If we suspend a server we explain why and you can answer at [[CONTACT EMAIL]] within the following 30 days. A person other than the one who took the measure reviews the case and, if we were wrong, we restore the service and the data.
