Refunds and withdrawal

Four different things, explained separately: the legal right of withdrawal, our voluntary guarantee, cancellation and pause.

Pending review

This text has not been reviewed by a professional yet

Draft written by the team. The owner of the service is not incorporated yet, so its identity details are marked as pending, and the document is waiting for the review of a legal adviser before it has contractual value.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from each contract, a plan or an add-on, within 14 days of the day you concluded it, without giving any reason.

2. How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you withdraw: through the withdraw from contract page linked in the footer of every page, by email to soporte@1up-servers.com, or by sending us the model withdrawal form. Sending the notice before the 14 days end is enough. We confirm receipt by email with the content of your notice and its date and time.

3. What we refund

Because you asked for the service to start immediately during the withdrawal period, if you withdraw you pay for the service provided until you told us, calculated in proportion to the days used out of the period paid, and we refund the rest. Example: on a monthly plan of 30 days, withdrawing on day 10 refunds 20/30 of the price. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

4. When and how we refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

5. Voluntary 7-day guarantee

Separately from the legal right, if you are not happy with your first paid plan you may ask for a full refund within 7 days of the first payment by writing to soporte@1up-servers.com. This is a commercial guarantee we offer voluntarily; it does not reduce your legal rights.

6. Cancellation

Cancelling is not withdrawing: it stops the renewal and the plan ends at the end of the paid period, without a refund of that period. You can cancel online from Billing at any time.

7. Pause

Where the billing page offers it, you can pause a paid plan instead of cancelling it. While paused you are not charged and the server does not run.

8. Businesses

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Businesses may still use the voluntary guarantee and cancellation.
