Pending review

This text has not been reviewed by a professional yet

Draft written by the team. The owner of the service is not incorporated yet, so its identity details are marked as pending, and the document is waiting for the review of a legal adviser before it has contractual value.

1. Categories of personal information

Identifiers (email, display name, account ids, IP address); commercial information (plans bought, invoices); internet activity (pages visited, server usage, security logs); approximate geolocation (country from the IP address); and, for players, game nicknames and chat. We do not collect sensitive personal information except the account password, which we store hashed.

2. Sources and purposes

We collect it from you, from your browser, from sign-in providers you choose (Google, Discord) and from game servers. We use it for the purposes in the privacy policy: providing the service, billing, security, support and, with consent, analytics and ad measurement.

3. Disclosure, sale and sharing

We disclose personal information to the service providers listed on the sub-processors page, for business purposes. We do not sell personal information for money. If you accept ad measurement, Google Ads conversion measurement may count as a sale or as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under some state laws; you can opt out at any time as section 5 explains. We never use data for personalised advertising.

4. Retention

We keep each category for the periods in the privacy policy table.

5. Your Privacy Choices

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. To do so, open the cookie settings in the footer and turn off ad measurement, or write to soporte@1up-servers.com with the subject Do not sell or share. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, ad measurement stays off for that browser without you doing anything.

6. Your rights and how to use them

Depending on your state you may know and access the personal information we hold, delete it, correct it, get a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and limit the use of sensitive information. Send your request to soporte@1up-servers.com; we verify your identity in proportion to the request and answer within 45 days, which we may extend once by 45 more. An authorised agent may act for you with your signed permission. If we refuse, you may appeal by replying to our answer, and if the appeal is refused you may contact your state attorney general. We do not discriminate against you for using your rights.
