1up-servers is not aimed at children. How we handle the data of minors.

1. Age limit
You must be 16 or older to create an account. We ask for the date of birth during signup and do not create the account if it is below the limit.
2. If we find a younger user
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16 we suspend it, tell the holder, and delete the account and its data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep something, such as invoices.
3. Players of servers
Players who join a server hosted with us are not 1up-servers users and may be minors. The owner of each server is responsible for its community, its rules and its moderation; we process player data on the owner's behalf.
4. No targeted advertising
We never use personal data for personalised advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.
5. Parents and guardians
If you believe your child has an account or that we hold their data, write to soporte@1up-servers.com and we will check and delete it.
